The Kalahari Desert is located in Africa and stretches across parts of 7 different countries. The landscape of the Kalahari Desert is characterized by small dunes, shrubs, and plains of golden grass. The Kalahari gets more rain than most other deserts which is why most of it is covered with grass, and not sand. |
